Jan V. Edelman, Esquire, became associated with Rothberg, Federman & Hollister in 2002. She concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate/business transactional work, real estate and estate planning. She has practiced law since 1988 representing individuals and businesses purchasing and selling commercial and residential properties.

Jan represents individuals and businesses buying and selling company assets and stock. She also interacts with the Liquor Control Board for clients transferring liquor licenses. Her estate planning practice includes the drafting of wills, powers of attorney and living wills.

Prior to joining Rothberg, Federman & Hollister, Jan practiced in Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia Counties as a member of a firm and as a sole practitioner. 

Jan received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Insurance from Pennsylvania State University in 1985 where she graduated with top honors. She earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1988. She was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1988 and is a member of Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
